My Field Of Roses

Hey, my name is Vanessa, but on here I’ll take upon the name Bloody Roses.

Long story, but I’ll give the brief idea behind it. Remember as a kid picking flowers and at times you’d prick yourself on a thorn? Sometimes your grip was strong and it would cause you to bleed. I see myself as a rose and my thorns surround me. Protecting me from the obstacles life throws. No one may see the blood I carry of **my past**, but I do.
I am a person who is **healing**. Trying to find the **best version** of herself and happiness.

Painting and sketching are two things I truly enjoy doing. If you need something therapeutic I recommend them. I’d like to say I have a positive trait, I try to see the best in things. My music taste is very adaptable, but a of my favorite artists are Brendon Urie, Adele, Sam Smith, Jessie Reyes, Russ, Pink, Conan Gray, and Andrea Boccelli.

I also enjoy singing, I used to sing in a choir in High School for four years. Singing makes everything better, especially long commutes.

My family motivates me to be successful. I see myself as a stepping stone in my family to show my younger brother and cousins that they can shoot for success no matter what. Never give up on themselves and do what makes them happy.

My career goal is to be a Nurse Practitioner and I want to be able to help others. Science and Math have always been interesting to me since a young age. Luckily for me it came a bit easier to me than others.

I have a doggo named Maiyun (My-yun), it’s a Native American name that means “wolf”. I wish I could have a Wolf honestly, but leave it to me to get a chihuahua instead and name it wolf. I hope to have more dogs in the future. Maybe a Saint Bernard, Great Dane, Golden Retriever, German Shepherd, Husky, a mix of Husky and German Shepherd, Australian Shepherd. (Have I freaked you out yet?) I might become a huge dog person. I genuinely love animals. I wish I could have a ton of animal, different species, but sadly that’s a lot of time embedded into caring for them and I can barely handle a 6 pound bundle of energy..

My life goal is to explore as much of the world as I can one day. I’ve never been outside of California except for Mexico to visit family as a kid. I want to go to Spain, Paris, Brazil, Japan, Hawaii, Guatemala. Some of the states as well. I did want to go to Australia, but my spider phobia already decided that for me.
